The facilities at the resort were amazing. The infinity pool has perfect view of the sunset and is a perfect temperature to swim at night or during the day. The Lagoon pool with the swim up bar was a great place to spend the afternoon relaxing. All of the restaurants served nice food with a friendly smile and if you want to spoil yourself il Piatto is a lovely fine dining experience. It is well located for a short Uber/Taxi to town or a walk to the Mindil markets. Our flights were changed last minute so we needed to stay another night and staff gave us a discount which was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay again but maybe in one of the pool side villas next time as they look divine. If you can afford one of the pool side rooms for a family stay the kids will love you for it.

We originally booked a Deluxe King Room. It was very small and had no view, the tiny balcony looked out onto a roof. We spoke to reception about moving rooms. They were able to move us to the top level for an extra $70 where we had a room that had a loung room attached to it. It also had a slightly better view. We felt much more comfortable in this room. Please note most of the very fancy modern rooms you see when booking are actually apart of the "resort" which is the pictures around the lagoon pool. The hotel part is fairly basic but still nice. It is next door to the Thursday night and Sunday night Mindil Market. You have use of all of the pools which are all very nice. It is on the beach and on a walking track that goes for kms! You can walk to the Wharf for a meal. 5 minute drive into the CBD.

We booked a Resort Superior Lagoon Twin Queen Room. It was wonderful, very spacious and our verandah was right on the pool. Huge bathroom, lots of towels, comfy beds, outdoor lounge, both fans and air-conditioning. We loved room service breakfast each morning. Amazing sunset views from their Il Pianto Italian restaurant. Staff everywhere on the property were friendly and welcoming. We stayed for Territory Day - so much fun to be right on Mindil Beach for all the fireworks and the ADF flyover. Right next door to Mindil Markets. Was excellent.

The hotel exceeded my expectations based on reading previous reviews The rooms were spacious with a great view The pools and other facilities are great and there is a good choice of restaurants in the hotel The was a large secure car park Pool towels are provided Toiletries provided are nice Room was clean upon arrival Both pools are nice to spend time at and the gym was pretty good

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. In particular, Kellie, was absolutely fantastic and helped with various queries I had. The food and restaurants were pretty good and not too expensive, as was room service. The pools are rather nice of course. The location is also pretty good. A short walk to Cullen Bay and only 10 minutes scoot into town, using the electric scooters outside the casino (which is always a bit of fun to do with the family). Of course, it's also great to just be able to pop down at almost any time of the day/night to have a little gamble - very enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in a lovely room with an exceptional view of Mindil beach. We enjoyed our morning coffees on the balcony in the peace and quiet watching the magnificent sunrise each morning . All of the staff were professional, efficient, warm and friendly. The inclusive breakfast each morning was a delicious bonus. Both pools are an amazing way to chill out and take in the spectacular sunsets all while enjoying a refreshing cocktail. We will be back again soon!

Perfect location. Easy and enjoyable walk to Mindil beach. Very close to Darwin CBD and marina. All staff very nice and friendly. Fantastic sand pool with nice but super small bar wait 20min+ for a drink. Maria in the reception fantastic made this stay worth it

Reception staff were lovely and very helpful on arrival (we arrived approx. 1am). Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our room upgrade which had a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was fine. If visiting the Sports Bar and you feel like something non alcoholic, I recommend the raspberry lemonade.

Nicely designed units located around the lagoon pool with option of sandy beach, shade options, deck areas and swim up bar. units were roomy with own balcony, good restaurants located in resort plus option of using infinity pool or Mindil Beach.

Great pool arera, but a pity that the outside bar was not open on the first day we were there. One hour extended checkout time at no cost was appreciated. In room coffee machine, altrhough not working properly was very convenient.
